Making Erin a name you can trust

TotalMed, a healthcare staffing company for travel nurses, was developing a mobile app to help its nurses find their next assignment. Monogram Group brought me in as Creative Director to lead brand naming, strategy, and visual identity.

The team generated more than 200 name options before landing on eRiN. The name plays on "RN," the credential every registered nurse holds, and frames the app as a personal guide on the road. A name that signals what it is and who it's for.

We built the full brand system: logo, visual identity, brand manual, launch campaign, digital advertising, trade show presence, and environmental applications for the fleet. At the Las Vegas launch event, 1,000 of 1,500 attendees downloaded the app before leaving the conference.
